Download the latest firmware for WxGoos Series-I units. Instructions on how to apply the update are included inside the .ZIP archive file.

Caution: Failure to follow the included instructions may cause a Series-I unit to permanently lock up, requiring the unit to be returned to ITWatchDogs for servicing!

Note: If your unit is currently running a firmware version of v2.93 or lower, be aware that due to a change in the internal data format, any temperature data recorded in the unit's memory will be scaled incorrectly after upgrading to v2.94 or higher.  If the logged data is important, please download and save your log history before applying the firmware update to the unit.

Also note: if your unit is currently running a v1.xx firmware version, please contact ITWatchDogs technical support for assistance before attempting to install a v2.xx firmware version, as you may need to install additional patches before your unit will accept a v2.xx firmware update correctly.
