Remote Sensors (Connects to RJ-11 Ports)
Combo Temperature, Humidity, & Air Flow Sensor
$125USD with 20' cable $140USD with 100' cable
Three separate sensors in one 4" tube. Up to 16 of these can be attached
to any Goose monitor. Perfect for use with the MiniGoose. Use a splitter
to expand the number of jacks. Ships with clamp-style mounting clip.
Remote Temperature and Airflow Sensor
$75 USD
Connect up to 16 of these small combined sensor units to get complete
climate monitoring in hard to reach places. Put one next to a fan
and be alerted the minute it stops.
Note: Not compatible with WeatherDuck
Remote Temperature Sensor
$30 USD
Up to 16 temperature probes can be placed in hot spots. Stick one
in the cabinet inlet and one in the outlet to diagnose air-flow problems.
Put one in the A/C vent to detect problems at the source. Accurate
to +/-0.5°C. Run them hundreds of feet from the Weather Duck,
WeatherGoose or MiniGoose.
CCAT
$60 USD
Converts an analog sensor into a digital sensor that can be connected
to a 1-wire port. Useful for units that don't have an I/O port(like
the MiniGoose) or for adding additional analog sensors to a unit that
does. The CCAT needs to be programmed for the type of analog sensor
that will be connected to it. When ordering select please choose one
of the following types: water, door contact, current transformer,
or millivolt
Splitter Box for Remote Sensors
$10 USD
For multiple remote sensors this 5 port splitter makes the installation easy.
Chain them together to connect up to 16 sensors. One RJ-11 plug, five
receptacles, 5 foot cord. White.

WaterSnake Water Detection Cable
$350 (approx.) USD call ITW for pricing (more options available - see spec sheet.)
Put this cable around the periphery of your server room or around
data cabinets and get early warning of water entry. Get an e-mail
or page when water hits. Comes with wall mounted control box. Uses
two Weather or SuperGoose I/O ports. Reports when the cable is wet,
disconnected or faulty.
Note: Two CCAT interfaces are required for use with MiniGoose.
Door Sensor
$12.50 USD (with 100' of wire, $17.75)
This simple magnetic sensor detects when the cabinet door is open.
Get an e-mail with a web-cam photo attached when the door opens and
see who is messing with your gear.
Note: A CCAT is required to attach the sensor to a MiniGoose
Smoke Alarm
$99 USD
Know when smoke invades your room. The kit contains a standard Kidde
sensor plus all the wiring to connect to a WeatherGoose, SuperGoose
or WeatherDuck. Up to 3 per Goose or Duck.
Note: A CCAT is required to attach the sensor to a MiniGoose
Water Sensor
$35 USD
Detect rising water before it ruins your gear. Connects to the I/O
ports on the WeatherDuck, WeatherGoose and SuperGoose.
Note: A CCAT is required to attach the sensor to a MiniGoose
PowerEgg Zero
$99 USD
Update existing power strips with this in-line power meter. By
inserting the meter between the power source (typically a power
strip) and the power source (wall plug or PDU) you can easily learn
amps, volts, watts and power factor. The values are continually
displayed in bright red LED numerals. The standard EGG0-IEC uses
C13 and C14 connectors. A kit EGG0-NEMA adds two North American
style connectors for 5-15 NEMA connectors. A cord and adaptor easily
convert the unit to typical power strip connectors. Using these
connectors the EGG0 is rated at 15 amps.
Current Transformer
$120 USD
This is a sample of a current transformer that can be attached to
a WeatherDuck, WeatherGoose or SuperGoose. This one measures 100amps,
single-phase.
Note: A CCAT is required to attach the sensor to a MiniGoose
City Power Monitor
$45 USD
Plugs into a standard outlet. Alerts you when city power is lost,
so you know how long the UPS has been on. Connects to the I/O port
on the WeatherGoose, SuperGoose and WeatherDuck.
Note: A CCAT is required to attach the sensor to a MiniGoose
-48VDC sensor
$99 USD
Designed to monitor -48 volt telephone batteries this sensor converts
the positively grounded batteries into a negatively grounded 0 to
5 VDC signal capable of being monitored be any of the WeatherGoose
Monitors. Connects to the I/O port on the WeatherGoose, SuperGoose
and WeatherDuck. No separate power supply for this sensor is required.
Power Over Ethernet Adaptors
$37 for Splitter, $54 for Injector, USD
Why run wires to your WeatherGoose? Put one of these boxes at each
end of the Cat 5 cable and the power is supplied over the Ethernet
cable. Maximum cable length 300 feet. Works with any Goose; Weather,
Super, Mini 1 and 2.
